DELIVERY POLICY

Digital products are made available immediately after the purchase is confirmed. The files can be downloaded either directly from the website or via an email attachment.

Physical files are sent as soon as possible, but always within a week.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. For further details or assistance, feel free to contact us.

If your package is damaged or lost due to postal service issues, please file a claim directly with the postal service.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days. To initiate a return, you must contact us first through mail [rootsofwho@gmail.com]. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your goods.

When we receive your return we will process a refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

You are responsible for returning the goods. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the items.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging (or similar). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not in a resalable condition.

Exceptions
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, such as digital files, sound files, customized products or commissioned design work.
